Overview

The Listening section of the TOEFL iBT measures your ability to understand academic lectures and campus conversations in English. This module builds the core listening skills needed to follow university-level discussions, take effective notes, and answer questions accurately.

Strong listening skills are essential not only for the TOEFL exam but also for success in international universities.

Students practice listening to structured academic topics such as biology, history, psychology, and environmental science.
