About TIH Learning Hub
Real Skills & Exam Prep, Tuition Free
The TIH Learning Hub is our online school built for Liberians and learners across West Africa. From computer literacy and web development to AI, digital marketing, and full WASSCE exam preparation, you learn practical, in-demand skills at a price anyone can afford.
You apply online, our team reviews and approves your account, then you unlock any WASSCE subject with a one-time US$3 / 500 LRD registration fee, or standard courses for US$10 / 1900 LRD, by Mobile Money. The tuition itself is free. Learn at your own pace on any phone, and earn a verified certificate you can share with employers.

The Complete Liberian Law Programme takes you from legal foundations to applied research, writing and courtroom simulations. Designed for prospective and current law students, community educators and professionals, it supports independent study of Liberia’s legal system.
Explore constitutional law, civil and criminal procedure, land rights, contracts, business law and professional ethics through full teaching notes, distinct video lessons and readings from Liberian primary sources.
